Returns & Exchanges

ROXY accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The packing slip must be included with all returns. Packing slips are provided alongside the return shipping label when you register your return through our Return Portal. Returns sent back without a packing slip may experience processing delays, and items that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted.

Returns may take up to 5–7 days to process once delivered.

If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. However, if you opt for a gift card refund, you will receive the full refund amount with no deductions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale

Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

All orders placed before March 31, 2025 are considered final sale.
