I bought these pants for my daughter for Christmas. The very first time she went snowboarding, they ripped in the back. They fit her fine, and she was not rough, so there was no reason that this should have happened. Customer service is horrific. Contacted them on Dec. 29; they told me it was a warranty issue and gave me another number to call. To this very day, there is a voice message at the warranty number stating they are not taking calls due to high volumes from the holidays and to write an email. I sent an email on Dec. 29th and have received absolutely no response. Called customer service again on January 7th and spoke to a supervisor. She could not reach the warranty department either and said she would send me a prepaid label to mail the pants back. Nine days later and I have still not received anything. This was my daughter's biggest gift for Christmas, and now she cannot even use it. I am so upset and disappointed.
