Love these pants when the water is cold but the air temp is too warm to wear my full wetsuit. These are great with a rashguard. Size wise, I am 5'4" and 107lb. I ordered a small, and they fit fine -- I possibly could have done an XS, but sized up like I normally do with wetsuits. They don't fit as skintight as my wetsuit (Roxy size 4) but they are comfortable and stay put, even when wet. I wish I had more pairs of these pants and hope Roxy comes out with a new design this fall/winter.

Cute but poor fit
These leggings are very stylish and feel like they are great quality matieral. Unfortunately the fit was not suitable for my build. I am an athletic girl. I have a bum and muscular legs. I also have a longer slimmer torso. I usually wear a medium size in wesuits, but decided to order a large in these pants after reading the sizing info since I am taller and on the higher side of the medium measurments. These leggings were SO tight around the bum and thigh area, and loose around the waist. They were very unflattering and not approriate to wear out for outdoor activities. I own quite a few wetsuits / water sport clothing because I am a whitewater rafting guide, so I know the appropariate "tightness" for this type of clothing, and this was just off fit wise.
I purchased these for swimming leggings they're s little thick for that yet will be perfect for the chilly days or larger lakes .
leggings too uncomfortable
I returned them because not comfortable

Way cute surf legging
These are made of a light neoprene (maybe 1.5 mil?) an I bought them for summer surfing. I think they are super adorable and love the color combo. A note to Roxy for next year's iteration that these need two adjustments to be a proper surf leggings: a key pocket and a drawstring so they stay on duck diving/jumping in waves. I easily added a drawstring with some scissors and a long shoestring - pretty easy modification.
If you're going to surf in these, you want to buy them so they feel almost too tight when dry because they stretch out when wet. Thus the usefulness of a drawstring! The seams between the yellow and blue panels are tight across your thighs when dry and do create a sausage effect; I found them to be just fine once wet and I think the tight panel seams helped keep them in place better. I can't imaging wearing these for any non-water activity. It would be too hot.
Fit: I'm 5'11, 136lbs with athletic build and wear an 8 in Roxy springsuits. I bought these in a Medium (for tall girls, my height is in my torso, not my legs, and these were a good length on me and hit just above my ankles). The small also fit and only felt slightly tighter (they mostly just felt shorter in the crotch area - medium I could bend and they stayed up, small I bent and they wanted to pull down). Once I got them wet, I did kind of wish I got the small instead. The mediums are fine, but I foresee them getting stretched out if I wear them a lot (just like all wetsuits do).
Final note is that they don't dry as quick as my other Roxy springsuits, but that must be b/c these use an alternative material source (recycled bottles).

sooo desapointed :(
I was really looking forward to get those... unfortunately the size and the stitches are completely wrong. I'm pretty athletic, wear size L for pants: the stitches on the pants are crossing the upper leg, cutting the quadriceps and hamstrings making your legs look like fat sausages holding up with strings. Definitely not flattering!
Super Cute! Runs Small
I normally wear a small in Roxy, but they we to tight where the hem was in between the blue and green! Over all they felt really comfortable. But have to exchange for different size.
