Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy

You may return all unused product(s), purchased directly through our online store, via mail or in-store for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Return(s) must be accompanied by original packing slip with the original tags attached.

 

E-Commerce in-store return: You may return product(s) purchased from a Company Official E-Commerce site, within (30) days of the purchase date with the original packing receipt, to a Company Retail Store. Return(s) must be in their original condition with the tags still attached. Customer will receive a refund in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • Returns after 30 days: If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Brand’s official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
  • Return of Sale Items: Sale items that are not accompanied by the original receipt are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

If the store lacks funds, the return is over $350, or the customer cannot be refunded on their original form of payment and does not want a merchandise credit, a check will be issued by Quiksilver’s corporate office located in Huntington Beach, California and the check will be mailed to customer within 4-6 weeks.

E-Commerce return via mail: You may return product(s) purchased from a Company Official E-Commerce site, within (30) days of the purchase date with the original packing receipt, via mail. We do not offer free returns via mail; all return shipping costs must be prepaid. We highly encourage you to use a traceable shipping method and to retain your return tracking information until your refund is processed.

Here’s how to submit your return via mail:

  • Complete the return questionnaire on the packing slip/receipt and return it with your items
  • Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Mail returns typically take 10-12 business days to process (from the time they are delivered to our warehouse).

 

Please note: At this time, we do not have an online exchange program in place. If you wish to exchange your product(s), you will need to return the undesired product(s) and place a new order for your replacements.
