Adventurer, Athlete, Model, Stand Up Paddle Yoga Instructor, Owner of Paddle Into Fitness
Gillian grew up in Massachusetts competing nationally in swimming while also representing the East Coast in the Softball World Series. After Gillian started lifeguarding on Cape Cod, her love for water sports was fully ignited: prone paddling, ocean swimming, beach running, surfing, lifeguard competitions, and stand up paddle boarding.
After graduating from college, Gillian worked as a lifeguard in New Zealand and traveled all over the world to discover different cultures and new adventures. Gillian then moved to San Diego, where she could be in the ocean year round and share her passion for stand up paddle boarding and yoga through her company, Paddle Into Fitness.
When Gillian isn't busy teaching, she can be found competing and placing in the sport's most prestigious and high profile events. Most recently, Gillian competed as a member of Team USA during the ISA World Championships in Peru, and showed her philanthropic side when she helped raise over $100,000 for the Boston Children's Hospital by paddling 36 miles across the Cape Cod Bay.
