Kirby KellyKirby Kelly

My name is Kirby Kelly, I am 14 years old and live near Chicago, Illinois and currently attend Dundee Crown High School. I started snowboarding at Raging Buffalo Snowboard Park at age 7 and kept going from there. This year I trained with Roxy Teammate Ty Walker and our coach Danger, They are such fun people to ride with and just to be around. I have ridden for Roxy for about 5 years and they are awesome to me. This past season was very exciting for me. I won USASA Nationals in pipe and slope style. I also learned how to do a McTwist and Back 9's. I used to be a level 8 competitive gymnast but quit last winter to focus on snowboarding, Now I take a tumbling class once a week. When not snowboarding I am usually just chilling out and hanging with friends. This is my first year in High school and it's a very different experience. I am so grateful for all Roxy has done for me and wouldn't be where I am now without all the people who have helped me out including my family, my coach Danger Dave and the Walker family.

Maddie MastroMaddie Mastro

I'm Maddie Mastro and I'm eight years old. I've been snowboarding since I was six. I live in Wrightwood, CA with my mom, my dad, my brother Cameron, my two dogs and my two cats (I love animals). I mostly ride at Mountain High, Bear Mountain and Mammoth. I love to snowboard with my family and my friends. We ride as a big group. It's so much fun to charge down the mountain together.
Jumps are my favorite things to hit. I also like to ride the pipe and to get out of the pipe. Riding in the trees is another one of my favorite things to do; it's fun to search for new runs to go down. This past summer I traveled to Oregon and I got to meet the Roxy Pro riders. They are the best. I rode with Alexis Waite, Erin Comstock and Amber Stackhouse, they are all so cool! I love all the people at Roxy; they are always so nice to me and help me out a ton. They listen to my ideas about boots and boards and I love their clothes.
When I'm not snowboarding, I'm hanging out with my family and friends. In the summer I went camping with my family at the beach. I like to skimboard, surf and swim in the ocean. I love to go to the tide pools with my dad because he knows all about the ocean. We take our dogs, Mickey & Koda, with us to the beach. Mickey loves to play in the waves and Koda chases the birds. Lots of our friends and family go to the beach with us. It's fun hanging out with everyone. I love being a part of the Roxy snowboarding team! Roxy makes snowboarding a lot of fun!

Taelor Mattingley Taelor Mattingley

My name is Taelor Mattingley, people call me Tae-mat for short. Or kinda like 'Haz-mat' never backing down to danger and blowing stuff up. I live in Sandy, UT where we ride at Park City and Brighton mostly. I love PC's pipe and the park is butter smoth all the time. Brighton has the sickest rail set ups and the deepest pow! If it snowed everyday you might never see, me cause I'd be in the trees killin' drops and bottomless turns! One advantage of only being 4'5" the pow is always deep. Mostly I ride with my sisters Hailee and Lexie, they are super good and fun to ride with. I try to ride with the best girls and boys (they are starting to catch up) that I can. Park City is great for that, we see Torah and the girls a lot its great.
Last year was lots of fun. I learned a ton of new tricks. I tried to push myself to trying bigger tricks on bigger jumps. That was good and scary too. Now this year I know I can do it so its time to work on style and variation.I am looking forward to stompin' out my new stuff with more control and polish. We only filmed a few short days, next year I hope I can get my Dad to shoot a little more. Until then check out the short vid from last year.

Ty Walker Ty Walker

Hi! I'm Ty Walker and my favorite thing to do is snowboard.  I am 12 years old and I have been riding since I was 7 years old. I love the feeling of being in the air and landing a new or difficult trick. I work hard to improve my riding and I think anything is possible if you love what you do and work hard to make your dreams come true.  I hope to win the X Games and the Olympics and to become one of the most progressive female riders.  Riding has also given me the opportunity to meet some really cool people from all over the world. When we can, I especially love riding and competing with Kirby and Kirra. We definitely know how to have fun!  When I am not riding, you can find me playing field hockey, softball or just hanging around with my sisters and my friends.
I love representing Roxy in Vermont and on the East Coast. If you are ever at Stowe, say "hi" and we can shred!

Jacki Warrener Jacki Warrener

I believe I am a good fit for the Roxy snowboard team because I work really hard whenever I step onto the snow or into the classroom. I make myself go for things because taking risks will lead to new and exciting opportunities in snowboarding; it makes my heart beat faster and excitement run up my spine! It just feels so good to be able to accomplish things- like conquering a fear or a new trick. I really want to stand out as a powerful female snowboarder.
I currently give 10% of my contest winnings to a charity called IPOP (International Pediatric Outreach Program) for abused women and children in Africa and India. I'm looking into other charities that help underprivileged women. Helping others is a huge priority of mine!
Being a part of the Roxy Grom team is an honor. Without Roxy, I wouldn't be where I am today- I feel so lucky and grateful to have them in my life!
