I ordered these for my niece for her birthday. They are very cute... Cuter if they fit!!! I ordered a 13. The tag said 13, tape said 13, bottom of the shoe said 11/12. They were definitely 11/12. So roxy mislabeled and I ended up paying for something unusable. Not even worth paying the shipping and handling to send back...
