    Comments about Roxy Girls 7-14 Bunny Backpack:

    Bought this for my 6 year old for September- looks great however by Christmas the zipper had already broken on the lunch bag- I contacted Roxy twice and did not get a response. By February the lining on the lunch bad is ripped. Also I find that the layout of the luch bag is not ideal with the zipper being on the top it is hard to see what is inside.
    I am usually a loyal customer myself as well as with purchases for my daughter however am thinking twice now because of quality and customer service issues

      I bought this backpack for my 11 year old daughter. Size and weight is perfect. Lunch bag attaches on the outside of backpack leaving more room on the inside for towel, bathing suit, etc. This is great for vacation camp and summer camp for kids.
