Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy

  • This return policy applies to products purchased from Quiksilver, Inc. and/or its affiliates ("Quiksilver") under its "Quiksilver," "Roxy," and "DC" brands (collectively, the "Brands"). Quiksilver provides refunds for purchases made at Quiksilver company owned retail and outlet stores ("Company Retail Stores") and on the Brands' official e-commerce sites as set forth more fully herein. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, Quiksilver will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 365 days from the date of an online purchase at a Brand's official e-commerce site. Women's swimwear must be unworn with the tags and sanitary liner attached. E-commerce purchases can be returned via U.S. Mail or at Company Retail Stores listed on our e-commerce sites (excludes authorized Quiksilver dealers and authorized dealer locations).
  • In-store return: If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Brand's official e-commerce site to a Company Retail Store; in its original condition, packaging and with the tags still attached; within thirty (30) days of the purchase date; and with the original packing receipt, customer will receive a refund in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.*
    • Returns after 30 days: Customers who return merchandise with the original packing slip, after the thirty (30) day period from purchase date but within a year, will be issued a refund at the selling price of the product at the time of the return.
    • Returns after 1 year: If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Brand's official e-commerce site after one (1) year, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
    • *Returns for Paypal Purchases: Please note that purchases made with PayPal may only be returned through the mail.
  • Canada In-Store Returns

    If a customer returns product(s) purchased from a Brand's official e-commerce site to Company Retail Stores located in Canada, under the same requirements above, customer will receive a refund in the form of a gift card at the exchange rates published on the date of the return. Returns processed via mail will be refunded the paid amount in the original form of payment.

  • Online return via U.S. Mail: Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 365 days.
    • Returns after 1 year: If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Brand's official e-commerce site after one (1) year, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
    • *Returns for Paypal Purchases: Please note that purchases made with PayPal may only be returned through the mail.
  • All product sales are intended for retail/ "end user" customers only, and are not intended for wholesale or redistribution by the purchaser. The resale of any products purchased from any of the Company Retail Stores or the Brands' e-commerce sites without the express prior written consent of Quiksilver, in each instance, is strictly prohibited. For the purpose of enforcement of this policy, no customer may purchase more than a number of products or product styles that Quiksilver determines, in its sole discretion, to be a reasonable number in each circumstance during any 72 hour period without the prior written consent of Quiksilver. Quiksilver may refuse to sell any products to any person that Quiksilver believes, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavors to violate this policy.

Returns By Mail

  • Mail returns require 10-12 business days to process.
  • Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.

    Standard Return Shipping

    • Complete the return questionnaire on the receipt.
    • Cut off the pre-addressed mailing label portion of the receipt.
    • Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
    • Please enclose the top portion of the original receipt. If you are unable to provide the receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.
    • Affix the pre-addressed label to the package.
    • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
    • Packages are to be shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Retain the return tracking number for your records.

    Oversized Items
    • Items are considered oversized if they are heavier than 70 pounds or have dimensions larger than 12"x12"x12".
    • Oversized items will not be eligible for Pre-Paid Return Shipping.
    • Please follow the Standard Return Shipping procedures.

Gift Returns

  • Gift returns made via mail, are credited to the original form of payment used for the order. Gift returns made in Roxy/Roxy retail store locations that are accompanied by a packing slip, can be exchanged for a new purchase or a merchandise credit.
  • Gift returns made via pre-paid return shipping, will be credited minus the $5.95 return shipping fee.

Exchanges By Mail

  • We offer FREE Shipping on all exchanges.
  • To expedite your exchange, please call our Customer Service Department @ 800-892-2281.
  • Follow the instructions for returning your item by mail.
  • Once your original merchandise has been returned your account will be credited on the original order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Service Department immediately @ 800-892-2281. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.

Wrong Item, Color or Size

  • If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately @ 800-892-2281. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with the return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the differences between the item you ordered and the item you received.

  • Not all products carry a manufacturer warranty.
